The ONLY thing that has worked for me so far is to remove the steam folder on that SSD tried repairing, no luck re-formatting the drive then re-creating a new steamlibrary folder and re-downloading to the SSD. This is getting old and is very frustrating. And yes, same here, this is the ONLY game tat does this and of course it's the biggest download in my library, sadly.
