I currently can't log in at nexus to download that mod or ask for permission, so that is likely impossible. The permission is necessary as the mod description clearly states that compatibility patches are not permitted without explicit approval.
I can still read nexus forums and mod pages, so you could try to convince the mod author to upload the mod somewhere else and visibly grant me permission for a compatibility patch. If you manage that, I would include it in the next release. Edit: I managed to circumvent the nexus ban, logged in and asked the mod author for permission in the forums. If he is fine with it, I might add support for that mod in a future version.
